Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 pound scallops
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 4 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add shrimp and scallops to the pan. Season lightly with salt and black pepper. Sauté until the shrimp turn pink and the scallops are opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
