Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the cauliflower rice. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, chop it into florets, and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice. Set aside.

Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
