  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons, toasted Pumpkin seeds

Directions

Step 1

Break the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
