Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground pork
  • 0.5 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves, minced

  • 0.25 cup Almond flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 1 avocado Avocado slices
  • 4 large Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, coconut aminos, almond flour, and egg.

Step 2

Add chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to the pork mixture. Mix well using your hands until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 3

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1 inch thick.

Warm a large skillet over medium-high heat and add coconut oil.
