Clean the cremini mushrooms with a damp cloth and finely chop them.
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions and sauté for 4-5 minutes until translucent.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1 minute.
