Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef or turkey
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium Zucchini, sliced into half moons
  • 1 large Carrot, julienned
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 0.25 cup Coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 3 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the ground meat to the pan, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.

Step 3

In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Once hot, add the sliced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.
