  • 0.25 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the cauliflower. Remove the leaves and cut the cauliflower into florets. Place the florets in a food processor and pulse until they resemble the texture of rice. Set aside.

Step 2

Dice the onion and bell pepper into small pieces. Mince the garlic cloves and chop the fresh parsley. Set these aside for later use.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
