Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground chicken
  • 60 grams Almond flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 8 Butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 sliced Tomato
  • 0.5 sliced Red onion
  • 1 sliced Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Use your hands to mix until everything is thoroughly combined.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts and shape each into a small patty, about 2-inches in diameter.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.

Step 4

Once the oil is hot, add the patties to the skillet. Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes, or until the patties are golden brown and cooked through.

Step 5

Remove the patties from the skillet and drain on paper towels if needed.

Step 6

To assemble the sliders, take a butter lettuce leaf as the bottom 'bun', place a chicken slider on top, followed by a slice of tomato, red onion, and avocado.

Step 7

Spread mustard on another lettuce leaf to serve as the top 'bun'.

Step 8

Repeat the assembly for the remaining sliders and serve immediately.
