  • 2 egg, beaten
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup cremini mushrooms, diced
  • 0.5 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0 black pepper, to taste

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, arrowroot powder, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt.

Step 3

Add the beaten eggs, melted coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.
