Ingredients

  • 2 pieces beef steaks
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 4 pieces eggs
  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives

Directions

Step 1

Take the beef steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 10 minutes.

Step 2

Season the steaks with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Place the steaks in the hot skillet and add the fresh rosemary. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired level of doneness.

Remove the steaks from the skillet and cover them with aluminum foil to rest while you prepare the eggs.

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of coconut oil.
