  • 1 pound beef sirloin
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium, finely chopped onion

  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley
  • 12 pieces toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Slice the sirloin into thin rectangular strips approximately 4 inches wide and 6 inches long. Set aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, grated carrot, coconut aminos, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and dried oregano.
