In a medium bowl, combine ground pork, coconut aminos, dried sage, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Form the pork mixture into two patties about 1/2 inch thick and set aside.
For the grain-free buns, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.
In another bowl, whisk together unsweetened almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and 1 egg. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until you form a dough.
Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape into buns. Place them onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
