Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 0.25 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices dairy-free cheese slices
  • 1 tablespoon ghee

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.

Melt the coconut oil and add it to the dry ingredients, followed by 2 whisked eggs and lemon juice. Mix until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into four equal parts and shape each into a biscuit. Place these on the prepared baking sheet.
