Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Paleo-friendly sausage patties
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 slices Dairy-free cheddar cheese slices
  • 2 pieces Paleo-friendly English muffins
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 avocado Avocado slices

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the sausage patties. In a medium skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.

Step 2

Once the oil is hot, add the sausage patties and cook them for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Step 3

Remove the sausage patties from the skillet and set aside.

Step 4

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of coconut oil. Crack in the eggs and season them with salt and pepper.

Allow the eggs to cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
