Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef sirloin
  • 60 ml coconut aminos
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the beef sirloin across the grain into strips about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine beef strips with coconut aminos, minced garlic, and freshly grated ginger. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

While the beef is marinating, slice the red and green bell peppers into strips, cut the zucchini into half-moons, and julienne the carrot.
