Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 0.5 cup almonds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower resembles the texture of rice or couscous. If you don't have a food processor, finely grate the cauliflower using a box grater.
