  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 stalks green onions, sliced
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
