Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber

Directions

Step 1

Begin by washing the radishes and cucumber thoroughly. Slice the radishes thinly and place them in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Peel the cucumber if desired, then slice it into thin rounds. Add these to the bowl with the radishes.

Step 3

Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the bowl with the other vegetables.

Chop the fresh parsley and dill and combine with the salad mixture for added freshness and flavor.
