Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes

  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1/4 inch thick fries. Try to make them as uniform as possible for even cooking.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cut sweet potatoes with olive oil. Toss until the fries are evenly coated.
