  • 500 milliliters chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Step 2

Spiralize the zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer and set aside.

Step 3

Dice the onion and carrots into small pieces.

Step 4

Mince the garlic cloves.

Step 5

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
