  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cups Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 medium, mashed Ripe bananas
  • 0.25 cup, melted Coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

Step 3

In another bowl, beat the eggs gently. Add mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
