Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 pieces green onions, sliced (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the thinly sliced carrot and red bell pepper to the skillet. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

Step 3
