Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by slicing the chicken breast into thin strips and set aside.

Step 2

Mince the garlic and finely grate the ginger.

Step 3

Cut the red bell pepper into thin strips, slice the onion, and julienne the carrot.

Step 4

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
