  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place 1 cup of pumpkin seeds in a food processor and blend until they resemble a coarse flour.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pumpkin seeds, almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, and salt.
