Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 cup Arrowroot flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil, melted
  • 1 pound Pork shoulder, ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0 to taste Salt and pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, arrowroot flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in coconut milk and melted coconut oil.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a dough. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes to thicken.
