Ingredients

  • 2 cups Raw pistachios
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1 cup Coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Chopped pistachios for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Place the raw pistachios in a food processor and blend until finely ground, being careful not to over-process into butter.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pistachios, almond flour, melted coconut oil, honey, and sea salt. Mix until the dough holds together.

Press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling.
