Ingredients

  • 1 large head Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Green peas
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 1 inch, grated Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the cauliflower rice. Chop the cauliflower into florets and pulse them in a food processor until they resemble rice grains.

Step 2

In a large pan, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.

Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds, and sauté for about 1 minute until they start to splutter.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
