Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 0.5 cup Tapioca starch
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil, melted
  • 0.5 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee or coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca starch, and salt. Mix well to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 2

Add the melted coconut oil and warm water to the dry ingredients. Stir together until a dough forms.

Step 3

Knead the dough gently in the bowl for about 2-3 minutes, until it becomes smooth and pliable.

Step 4

Fold in the chopped cilantro and knead again briefly to distribute it throughout the dough.

Step 5

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.

Step 6

Between two sheets of parchment paper, roll each ball into a flat disc approximately 6 inches in diameter, taking care to keep the edges smooth.

Step 7

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of ghee or coconut oil.

Step 8

Once the skillet is hot, place the rolled-out paratha into the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 9

Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls, adding more ghee or coconut oil to the skillet as needed.

Step 10

Serve the paleo parathas warm with your favorite paleo-friendly dipping sauce or curry.
