Directions

Step 1

Soak the cashew nuts in water for at least 2 hours or overnight, then drain and rinse.

In a blender, combine soaked cashews, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth to create the paleo tvaroh (cheese). Set aside.
