  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 5 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional)
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter or coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 cup Chopped walnuts

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Mix until well blended.

Step 3

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, apple cider vinegar, honey, and melted butter or coconut oil until smooth.

Step 4

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms.

Step 5

Fold in the chopped walnuts until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Step 6

Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.

Step 7

Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
