  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Rinse the chicken both inside and out under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together the sea salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Rub the chicken with extra virgin olive oil all over, ensuring it is well coated.
