  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 450 grams, chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 200 grams, shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 1 medium, chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium, juiced lime

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the okra thoroughly under running water and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Trim the stems and cut into 1 cm pieces.

Step 2

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes until soft and translucent.
