  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Wash the okra thoroughly and dry them with a clean kitchen towel. Trim the ends and slice the okra into 1-inch pieces.

Chop the yellow onion into fine pieces. Mince the garlic cloves and ginger.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and set them aside.
