Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 0.25 cup mini dark chocolate chips (Paleo-friendly)
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Step 2

Add in the coconut flour, flaxseed meal, shredded coconut, chia seeds, mini dark chocolate chips, and sea salt. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are incorporated and a dough forms.
