  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of almond flour and 1 cup of tapioca flour. Stir well to ensure there are no lumps.

Step 2

Add in 1 cup of coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil, and 1 large egg. Mix thoroughly until the batter is smooth and creamy.

Stir in 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and 1 minced garlic clove. Mix again until all ingredients are evenly combined.
