  • 500 grams Beef sirloin
  • 2 large Bell peppers

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 12 Wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Soak wooden skewers in water for 15-20 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.

Cut the chicken breast and beef sirloin into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

Dice the bell peppers into 1-inch squares, slice the red onion into similar-sized pieces, and slice the zucchini into 1/2-inch rounds.
