Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cups Coconut flour
  • 0.25 cups Coconut oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 Medium apples
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with coconut oil.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and salt.

Step 3

Add in the coconut oil, egg, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix until a dough forms.

Step 4

Divide the dough into 12 equal parts and press each part into the bottom and up the sides of the muffin cups to form the crusts.

Peel, core, and dice the apples into small pieces.
