Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 medium, chopped onion

  • 1 medium, julienned carrot
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 inch, grated ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it is browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
