  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Begin by heating the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic, chopped bell peppers, and minced jalapeno. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the peppers soften slightly.
