  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch Fresh dill
  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the fish thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.

Step 2

Using a sharp knife, make deep diagonal cuts across each side of the fish, ensuring they reach the bone. This allows the seasoning to penetrate and cook the fish evenly.

Juice one lemon and mix it with olive oil, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Grate the garlic cloves into the mixture.
