Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chana dal flour (Paleo-friendly chickpea flour)

  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 10 leaves Curry leaves
  • 2 whole Green chili, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 0.25 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the chana dal flour and coconut flour.

Add the finely chopped onion, curry leaves, green chili, and grated ginger to the bowl.

Mix in the fennel seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt.
