Ingredients

  • 2 large Ripe mangoes
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro
  • 1 large Lime
  • 1 small Jalapeño
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Peel and dice the ripe mangoes into small cubes. Place them in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Step 2

Core and dice the red bell pepper into small pieces and add to the bowl with the mangoes.

Step 3

Finely chop the red onion and add it to the bowl.

Step 4

Chop the cilantro leaves and add them to the mixture in the bowl.

Step 5

Cut the jalapeño in half, remove the seeds for less heat (if desired), and finely chop it before adding to the bowl.

Step 6

Roll the lime on the countertop under your palm to help release the juices, then cut it in half and squeeze the juice over the salsa ingredients in the bowl.

Step 7

Add the sea salt to the bowl.

Step 8

Gently toss all ingredients together with a spoon until well combined.

Step 9

Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. You can add more lime juice or salt according to preference.
