  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced
  • 8 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and gradually whisk in the almond milk until well combined.
