Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, 1 teaspoon of the black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Set this lemon marinade aside.
