  • 0.5 teaspoon Agar-agar powder
  • 0.5 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Begin by finely chopping the fresh herbs: parsley, thyme, and basil. Set them aside.

In a small saucepan, combine the water and agar-agar powder, and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Stir continuously until the agar-agar has completely dissolved.
