Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 1 cup Fresh parsley
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 large Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Place the ground beef in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Finely chop the fresh parsley and add it to the bowl.

Step 3

Grate the onion and squeeze out any excess liquid using a clean kitchen towel or paper towel. Add the onion pulp to the bowl.

Mince the garlic cloves finely and add them to the mixture.

Add the ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper to the bowl.
