  • 0.5 cup, chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 sliced spring onions
  • 0.25 cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 8 large romaine lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the red onion, minced garlic, and lemongrass to the pan. Sauté for about 2 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.
