Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 pieces wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Step 2

Grate the onion using the large holes on a box grater and mince the garlic cloves.

Finely chop the fresh parsley and mint leaves.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, grated onion, garlic, parsley, and mint.
