Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 0.25 cup flaxseed meal
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until the seeds and flours are evenly distributed.

Step 3

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, and olive oil until well combined.

Step 4

Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Stir until a thick, dough-like batter forms. The batter should be spreadable but not too runny.

Step 5

Divide the batter into four equal portions. Place each portion onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out into thin, round wraps about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the wraps are firm to the touch and lightly golden brown along the edges.

Step 7

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 8

Serve your Paleo Keto Multi Seed Wraps with your favorite low-carb fillings, such as grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, or avocado. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
