  • 4 large Egg whites

  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt until well mixed.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg whites and apple cider vinegar until frothy.
